Echoes in the Sky
This series is a meditation on time — not just measured in hours, but in centuries of shared wonder. The long arcs of stars across these skies aren’t just trails of light. They are echoes. The same constellations that guided travelers, inspired myths, and stilled philosophers now move silently above us.
Shooting these nightlapses, I wasn’t just photographing stars. I was reaching back — connecting with a lineage of sky-watchers who stood in the dark, humbled and awed. The camera becomes a bridge between the past and the present, reminding us that while so much changes, the sky remains a constant invitation to pause, to look up, and to feel small in the best possible way.
These images were taken over hours of stillness, but their essence spans generations. In capturing motion, I found stillness — and in stillness, connection.
